Winning for a coach is a long term-deal. As I said, he barely held on by the skin of his teeth. He got saved this time but, in the long run, it won't work.

You have to look at the big picture. It just won't work long-term.


It's like an NBA basketball team. You really need your team to be about 75% black if you want to win. It's just the facts. Maybe an NBA team once every 10 years can win a ring with 4 white guys and 1 black guy starting... but nature will win it. Just as it has won out in the overall scheme of things in the NBA. Blacks are about 13% of the population but are about 85% of the NBA or something like that.

It's just who is best at the position.
